Orders are processed and typically shipped within 1-2 business days. We offer free shipping on orders over $250. For shipments within Australia, we use Auspost: Express Post delivers in 1-3 business days, while Standard Post delivers in 3-6 business days.
Returns:
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, offering store credit or refunds on eligible items.
Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags attached and packaging intact.
Please note:
- Final sale items can only be returned if they arrive damaged or faulty.
- Footwear and accessories must be returned in their original branded boxes and dust bags, placed inside a protective box.
- When trying on footwear, avoid marking the soles or damaging the shoe box.
- Any returns that don’t meet our policy will not be accepted.
Once received, your return will be processed within 5 business days. If the item meets our return criteria, we’ll issue a reimbursement minus shipping costs. Refunds may take 3-10 days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges:
We offer free shipping for exchanges to help you find the perfect fit. If you need a different size, simply return the item in its original condition (per our returns policy), and we’ll send you the new size to try.
