1. Delivery timeframes are guess-timates

• We do our best to get your gear out the door promptly, but we can’t guarantee specific delivery timeframes.
• We’ll send you a tracking number once your gear ships so you can follow its journey.

2. Shipping in Australia

• Standard Shipping: Rates depend on your location and total value of purchases and are shown at checkout.
• Delivery Time: 2 – 5 business days to most metro areas. Regional areas may take a bit longer.

3. International Shipping 🌍

• We ship worldwide! Rates depend on your country and will be shown at checkout.
• Delivery Time: 7–15 business days depending on your location.

International customs & duties

• For orders outside Australia, local customs fees, taxes, or duties may apply. These are your responsibility, so check your local rules.
