How To Measure:
Chest: wrap the measuring tape around the body at the widest part of the torso. The tape should sit straight across your chest and shoulder blades, just below the underarm
Waist: wrap the measuring tape around the narrowest part of your body at the waist.(or largest part of the waist for someone who is fuller) This is usually above the bellybutton and not at the belly button.
Hip: wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your body at the hip and buttocks.
Inseam: Place the measuring tape under your foot for stability then grab the end to slide from under your foot and slowly pull up to the crotch. There should be tension at the foot to ensure your measuring tape is taught.
